About The Local Pub
The Local Pub is a neighborhood pub in Vancouver, Washington built around good food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place where you can settle in for a meal, meet friends for a drink, or stick around to see what the night turns into.
Our menu is food-forward and value-driven. We feature thoughtfully crafted dishes, quality cocktails, diverse wine selection, and local beer without inflated prices. Whether you’re stopping in for weekend breakfast, a casual dinner, or happy hour, we believe good food and drinks should be accessible, not complicated.
Beyond the menu, The Local is designed to feel like a place you belong. From our cozy leather couch section (perfect for board games, wine nights, and unwinding) to our large central bar and lively Port Side space with high-top tables and plenty of TVs to watch any game, there’s a spot here for every kind of visit.
There’s always something happening, too. We host live music, music bingo, karaoke, open mic and other weekly events that keep things social and interactive without losing the laid-back pub feel.
Whether you’re here to relax, connect, eat well, or jump into the night’s energy, The Local Pub is a place you can come as you are and stay as long as you like.
Behind The Local
The Local Pub was created by a local family that grew up here; a group of people connected by history, shared meals, and a belief that the best places feel lived-in, welcoming, and a little eclectic.
Our lives together (and separately) have taken us through different homes, travels, interests, and phases. Along the way, we found ourselves gathering around the same things: board games on the coffee table, rom-coms on the couch with a glass of wine, long conversations over shared meals, live music, time outdoors in the PNW, and the comfort of a space where everyone feels at ease.
The Local brings those moments together under one roof. Some of what you’ll find here comes straight from the comforts we built in our own homes. Other pieces were shaped by experiences we picked up along the way. All of it is meant to be shared.
More than anything, The Local is a reflection of how we like to spend time together, and an open invitation for the community to do the same.
